What your warranty covers
Coverage starts on the repair date and lasts 60 days. It applies to the part we replaced and our work on that repair, not the whole phone.
Covered
- A defective replacement part.
- Our work on that repair.
- A covered part fails under normal use? We fix it or replace it at no charge.
Not covered
- Physical damage: cracks, drops, dents, impact, bending or pressure.
- New water or liquid damage, or damage from a spill before the repair.
- Damage if someone else opens, changes or repairs the phone after our repair.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect or accidents.
- Problems that have nothing to do with our repair.
- Normal wear and tear, like scratches, marks on the frame, or a battery that slowly loses charge with age.
A few things to know
- Water resistance may not come back after a repair. We cannot promise it.
- We check the claim before we approve it.
- Other repairs may need a new quote. You decide before we start.
