Your price
Your quote is free. We give you the price before we start, in writing. A text from us counts. Nothing starts until you say yes. If we can't fix your phone, you pay no repair charge. You pay once the repair is done: cash, Zelle or card.
Where we meet you
We come to the place you pick: your home, your work, a parking lot or your car. Tell us where you are when you book. No travel fee in our usual area. Farther away? We tell you about any travel fee before we head out.
Your data
Back up your phone before we come. Some repairs can erase a phone. You can watch us work.
Parts
We are an independent repair service, not an authorized repair provider for Apple, Samsung, Google or any other maker. We use quality aftermarket parts, not parts made by the phone's maker. We tell you your options with your quote. After a repair, a phone may not be water resistant anymore.
Warranty
Repairs come with our 60-day limited warranty. Read what it covers on the warranty page.
If something goes wrong
Tell us first. We'll make it right under the warranty. Unless the law says otherwise, the most we owe for a problem with a repair is fixing it again or giving back what you paid for that repair. This limit does not apply to harm we cause on purpose, through carelessness, or by breaking the law.
