Where do you come to fix my phone?
We come to you. At home, at work, in a parking lot or right in your car. Tell us where you are, and we meet you there.

How does booking work?
Text or call (510) 344-2741. Tell us your phone model, what is wrong and where you are. A photo helps. We text you a free quote and a time. Nothing starts until you say yes. Or use the free quote form.
What are your hours?
By appointment, 10 AM to 10 PM, every day. We offer same-day appointments. Tell us when and where you want us.
Can you come early, late or right away?
Yes, as an emergency repair. Need us before 10 AM, after 10 PM or right away? Ask for an emergency repair. It costs extra, and we tell you the price first. Call (510) 344-2741.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fee in our usual area. Farther away? We tell you about any travel fee before we head out.

Price and quotes
How much will my repair cost?
We don't post prices here. The price depends on your phone and where you are. Every quote is free, and you hear the price before any work starts. Text us the model, or ask for a free quote. See what changes the price. Get a free quote.
Is the quote free?
Yes. A quote by text or call is free. You hear the price first, and you decide before we start.
What if you can't fix my phone?
No fix, no repair charge. If we can't fix your phone, you don't pay for the repair.
How do I pay?
Cash, Zelle or card. Cash is preferred. You pay once the repair is done.
Repairs and time
What phones do you fix?
iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other Android phones. iPhone · Samsung · Pixel and Android.
What repairs do you do?
We fix cracked or unresponsive screens, batteries and charging ports. We also fix front and rear cameras, camera lens glass, earpieces, speakers, microphones, power and volume buttons, and back glass. We can also try to fix water damage. Something else? Ask us.
Do you fix water-damaged phones?
We can try. Turn the phone off right away and don't charge it. Then text us what happened. Water damage is hard to fix, so we can't promise it will work. No fix, no repair charge. Ask about water damage.
Do you fix tablets, watches or game consoles?

How long does a repair take once you arrive?
Many repairs take about 15 minutes once we're there. That means popular phone screens and batteries, when the part is in stock. Other repairs can take longer. Text us your model and we tell you how long yours will take. Screen repair · Battery replacement.
Can I watch the repair?
Yes. We fix your phone on the spot, where you are. Watch us work, or keep working while we fix it.

Data, parts and warranty
Do you need my passcode?
For most screen, battery and charging port repairs, yes. We test the phone after the repair. You can unlock it yourself and watch us work. Ask us if you would rather not share it.
Are my photos safe?
Back up first, because some repairs can erase a phone. You can stay with your phone and watch us work.
Can I keep my phone locked?
You can unlock it yourself for tests that need access. Some Samsung phones offer Maintenance Mode, which limits access to personal data. Back up your phone before we come, and ask which tests your phone needs.
My phone is locked and I forgot the password. Can you help?
Only the account owner can remove an iCloud or Google lock. We cannot take it off. Reset the password with Apple or Google first, then book your repair. Have your passcode ready too, so we can test our work.
Should I turn off Find My iPhone?
Yes, that helps. Have your passcode or screen lock ready too. We need to turn the phone on to test our work.
What parts do you use?
We use quality aftermarket parts. They are not Apple or Samsung factory parts, and they cost less. We tell you your options with your quote. What the screen choices mean.
What happens to my old screen or battery?
Want your old part back? Ask us before we start.
How does the warranty work?
It lasts 60 days from the repair date. It covers the part we replaced and our work on that repair. A drop, a new crack or liquid damage after the repair is not covered. Text us a photo and what happened, and we check it. Read the full warranty.
Will a repair here void my Apple or Samsung warranty?
Using an independent repair service does not, by itself, void a maker's warranty under U.S. law. The maker may not cover damage caused by a repair. Ask us if you're unsure.

Do you buy phones?
Yes. We buy used phones, and we can meet you. Text us the model and a photo, and we make you an offer. Send the details first to save time.
Do you sell used phones?
Sometimes. What we have changes, so we keep no list online. Text us the model you want and your budget. We tell you what we can get and where we can meet. Used phones.
How do you pay me for my phone?
We pay cash. Before you sell, sign out of iCloud or your Google account.
