Where do you fix my iPhone?

What does the "Unknown Part" message mean?
Your iPhone may show it when a part is not made by Apple. We use quality aftermarket parts, so you may see it. The phone still works. Face ID is a separate part, so ask us about your model.
Will I lose my photos?
A screen or battery repair does not normally erase your data. Back up your iPhone first if you can.
